If you give to Leaders for Africa where does the money go? Every dollar raised goes directly to the students in the form of tuition, room and board, books and other edcuation-related expenses. Below are some of the costs after scholarships.  Costs are an average as each school has different tuition and room and board rates. Leaders for Africa is a registered 501 (c)(3) in the United States and all donations are tax-deductible as per applicable tax laws.

Tuition per Quarter: $2,000 to $3,000 after scholarship
Room and Board per Quarter $1,200 to $2,000

Meal Plan per Quarter $800
Health Insurance per Year $275

Spending Money per Quarter $300
Lab and Miscellaneous Fees $100 to $200 per quarter
Books per Quarter $150 to $450

Travel to Africa for internships $1800
