LFA is a nonprofit organization with 501(c)(3) status. We are currently developing our scholarship program and seeking funds from founda-tions interested in African economic development. Africa’s emerging democracies and economies constitute a market with vast potential for investment by international corporations. LFA encourages ethical business relationships that serve corporate goals while strengthening local economies. Graduates of LFA's scholarship programs will be uniquely qualified to serve as international business leaders in Africa. If you are interested in developing business initia-tives in conjunction with LFA , please contact us.

What can one person do to help shape Africa’s future?
* Refer a promising student or apply for a scholarship
* Volunteer to mentor or host an African student in the United States
* Notify LFA about potential partnerships with universities, foundations, or businesses
